1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Contest") is sponsored by Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka, located at 1920 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka, KS 66604 ("Sponsor"). This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any shoe brand, manufacturer, or any other Brown's Shoe Fit Co. location.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted beginning upon publication of these Official Rules and ending December 31, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Contest landing page and submit your full name, phone number, mailing address, and email address through the entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions from the same individual will be treated as a single entry; duplicate entries will be identified and removed prior to the drawing.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive six (6) pairs of shoes from Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka's in-store selection: four (4) pairs of athletic shoes and two (2) pairs of seasonal shoes (collectively, the "Prize"). Approximate retail value of the Prize: $1,000. The Prize must be redeemed in-store at Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka; it is not shipped and has no cash equivalent. Shoe selection is subject to in-store availability at the time of redemption. The Prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or around January 1, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified by the phone number and/or email address provided at entry within 7 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the Prize. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this window, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Contest.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind.
8. Privacy Policy — How We Use Your Information
When you enter this Contest, Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka collects your name, phone number, mailing address, and email address. This information is used to:
- Administer the Contest, including verifying eligibility and contacting the winner;
- Send you text messages related to this Contest and future promotions, if you opted in to SMS communications;
- Send you future offers, promotions, and deals from Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka by email, mail, or text, if you opted in to marketing communications.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka staff for the purposes described above.

By checking the consent box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Brown's Shoe Fit Co. Topeka, including Contest-related messages and future promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting the store directly at (785) 271-6961. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
10. Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or contact us directly to request that your information be removed from our marketing lists. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your Contest entry.
